Eligibility for Returns
 
‑ Items must be returned within 14 calendar days after you receive your order.
‑ Products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging intact.
‑ Crystal gemstones, incense sachets are hand‑crafted decorative goods. Once opened / used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
‑ Custom‑made, personalized orders are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
 
What is NOT eligible for return
 
‑ Opened incense sachets, used crystal jewelry.
‑ Items damaged by customer misuse, collision, chemical contact.
‑ Sale / clearance final‑sale items.
 
Return Process
 
1. Please contact us via Contact‑Us page to submit your return request, state your order number and reason.

2. We will reply within 2‑3 working days to give you return instructions.

3. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless the item arrives defective or wrong item sent by us.
 
Refund Timeline
 
‑ After we receive and inspect returned goods, refund will be processed in 5‑10 business days to your original payment channel.
‑ Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
