1. Are your crystals able to heal physical health issues?
All crystals and incense sachets are decorative‑symbolic lifestyle goods only. They are not medical products. Metaphysical meanings come from cultural folklore, and we do not guarantee practical effects. Please consult qualified doctors for any health‑related problems.

2. Why is there color or texture difference on my crystal?
Most of our crystals are natural hand‑processed stones. Minor variations in color, texture and inclusions are normal natural features, not product defects.

3. What is your processing and shipping time?
Orders will be processed within 3‑7 business days. Standard shipping takes 10‑20 business days, express shipping takes 4‑8 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local holidays.

4. Can I return my crystal or incense sachet?
Unused products with original packaging can be returned within 14 days after receiving your parcel. Opened incense sachets and used crystal items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom‑made orders are non‑refundable. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Do you support wholesale cooperation?

6. How can I track my order?
After your parcel is dispatched, we will send you tracking number by email. If you have not received it, please get in touch with our customer service.
