We work exclusively with businesses — procurement teams, marketing departments, event organisers, and hospitality operators across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. We do not serve individual retail consumers.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category and customisation level. For standard gift modules, MOQ typically starts at 50 units. For fully bespoke development projects, we assess requirements case by case. Contact us to discuss your specific programme.

4. Can products be customised with our brand identity?

Yes. All gift modules can be tailored with your logo, brand colours, packaging, and messaging. We manage the full development cycle — from design brief to quality-controlled delivery.

5. How long does fulfilment take?

Standard sourced items: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. Custom-developed products: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and volume. Timelines are confirmed at the proposal stage.

6. How do I submit a sourcing request?

Complete the sourcing brief on our Custom Sourcing Request page. Our team reviews all submissions within 24 hours and follows up by email to discuss your requirements in detail.

7. What information should I prepare before contacting you?

To accelerate the process, prepare: product category or reference items, intended use (gifting occasion, recipient profile), quantity estimate, target budget per unit, and required delivery timeline. Reference images or mood boards can be shared by email after initial contact.

8. Do you handle shipping and customs to GCC countries?

Yes. We coordinate end-to-end logistics including export documentation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to GCC destinations. Terms are confirmed per order.
